Flintfox appoints Chris Dieringer as CCO

Senior team, including CEO, CMO and now CCO, in place to deliver on ambitious growth initiatives.

Flintfox has appointed Microsoft industry veteran Chris Dieringer as its Chief Customer Officer (CCO).

In the newly created role, Chris is responsible for overseeing every aspect of Flintfox’s customer experience, from driving customer engagement to spearheading customer acquisition programmes.

He will lead the group responsible for onboarding users and helping them achieve a frictionless experience using Flintfox’s market leading pricing and rebate management tools.

After an almost 17-year career at Microsoft, Dieringer brings with him an exceptional wealth of experience leading software projects in the retail, consumer goods and manufacturing industries.

Dieringer led Microsoft’s US Retail and CPG Industry practice, a $4.6B business, where he focused on leveraging current and future trends in the industry to helping customers realize value within their digital transformation journey.

Dieringer is the latest to join the executive team that are leading Flintfox through its next phase of growth.

John Moss, a former key senior executive with accounting software firm MYOB, where he led ERP and small business divisions, joined Flintfox as CEO in February 2020. Cath Brands, also a Microsoft alum, joined as CMO in June 2021 to execute a brand and GTM refresh.

The decision to appoint a CCO role comes after a successful two years of growth under John Moss’s leadership, with the company generating ~45% CAGR in annual recurring revenue and ~ 18% CAGR in new customer acquisition rate.

Improving pricing has become a major global issue following Covid-19, inflation and supply-chain instability. Customers are looking to pricing solution providers like Flintfox to take advantage of the profitability benefits that intelligent pricing can offer.

John Moss, CEO, Flintfox, commented:

‘Chris is an energetic industry leader with an exceptionally strong business background, and I’m delighted to welcome him as our newest Executive team member. His background at Microsoft speaks for itself, with years of experience in Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods and Distribution that provides unique insights into the ongoing challenges and opportunities faced by these sectors. As more of these businesses search for ways to deal with their pricing headaches, Chris has an important role to play in ensuring we offer them a world-class experience with our solutions.’

Chris Dieringer, CCO, Flintfox, said:

‘It’s an exciting time to join Flintfox, which is at such a pivotal point in its journey, and during a period when pricing has never been so important. I look forward to joining a fantastic team and taking advantage of my experience to further optimise Flintfox’s customer journeys, putting their needs at the heart of every interaction they have with us.’
