Flintfox is a very down to earth environment to work in.

We are a smallish team, and have quite a flat management structure, with most all of us taking part in our regular social outings.

These get-togethers are quite varied, needing to cater for the range of family groupings we have; singles, some with young kids, others older and willing to try anything new (once at least!).
As well as evenings out for a meal, some with visits to Skycity for comedy festival shows or just gambling, more adventuresome social club activities have included

• black-water rafting at Waitomo
• canoeing up harbour to the Riverhead pub
• skiing down at Whakapapa
• fishing (and catching plenty) in the Hauraki Gulf
• simple North Shore beach picnics at the seaside and
• Masterchef-BBQ challenge

This means we each have the full range of our strengths recognised and valued by everyone else, not just for our job description activities, and allows a very friendly, open and supportive working environment.
