In Trade+ all structures for complex pricing and promotions, rebates, fees and commissions, along with their associated accrual and payment processes are maintained under the Dynamics AX umbrella. Trade+ also incorporates features such as date sensitive customer and product attributing and general ledger matrices that enable the automated maintenance of customer and product membership against price lists, promotions, rebates, etc.

As a result

  • The correct customers and products are attached to every price list, promotion, rebate etc. and the system will add and remove these appropriately as customer and/or product attributes details change.
  • When a customer’s buying group, channel or distributor alters, changes can be entered well ahead of time, and the organization can be confident that the correct pricing, promotions, rebates etc. will be affected at the appropriate time.
  • Expenses are allocated to the correct general ledger accounts automatically.
  • Commitments can be recorded as soon as known, and accruals automated to expense these at the appropriate time.
  • Payments can be better managed and controlled so full liability is always known, and over payments reduced.
