Mike has been involved in the IT and Telecommunications industry for over 20 years, early on developing a canny ability to identify winning opportunities and capitalise on them. He has led companies through exponential growth and orchestrated public listings on both the NASDAQ and the TSX. In addition to his “hands on” operational leadership Mike has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, and contract negotiations. |
Paul Coote, Director of Professional Services

Paul started Quality Systems back in 1987, and led development into the area of Trade Promotion from 1993. As well as heading up professional services, Paul remains one of the key domain experts at Flintfox, and is an invaluable resource to our own research and development team as well as to our customers by way of Flintfox services. |
Brian Timberlake, President Flintfox USA

Brian has more than fifteen years experience in Consumer Goods Technology. He has held a variety of roles from Senior Consultant to Project Director focusing on Enterprise Software Implementations in the Direct-to-Retail markets. In addition, he has served in Software Leadership roles in Product Management and Strategy, working on solutions in Supply Chain Logistics, Retail Compliance, and Trade Promotions Management. |
Nick Gray, Director Flintfox Australia

Nick joined Flintfox in August 2009 with over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, including solution sales across a broad range of industries. With his knowledge of the Australian market, and background in channels management, Nick is well equipped for kicking off the Flintfox operation in Australia. Following 12 years at IBM in sales and channels management, Nick began his involvement with a range of ERP solutions including Microsoft Dynamics, SAP and Movex, being involved in successful implementations for FMCG sectors such as food and beverage, as well as in fashion, steel fabrication, chemicals, product assembly, services, and the public sector. |
James Lett, Research and Development Manager

James is responsible for the development of software, and most things IT related, at Flintfox. He has a strong background in the Microsoft platform and a passion for new technologies. James was a key driver of the architecture, design and development of the current suite of Flintfox’s products. |
Michael Cook, Product Manager

Mike joined the Flintfox TPM team back in 2001 as a senior developer, and played a key role in the architecture and development of current Trade+ suite of products. More recently Mike has been involved in Pre-Sales, Consulting, Implementation, and Product Management of the Trade+ suite. Prior to arriving at Flintfox Mike had spent 6 years working in New Zealand and the UK for a number of IT and software companies, gaining valuable experience across a number of industries. |
Will Dunlavy, Flintfox Services

Based in Utah, Will is responsible for ensuring existing and new North American based customers’ implementations run smoothly. He has wide experience with Grocery, Food Wholesale, Food Service, and Technology in Senior Management and C level positions; with Raley’s, Harris Teeter, Mrs. Fields Cookies, Golden Corral, and Park City Group. |
Pierre Bonny, Marketing Manager

Pierre joined Quality Systems in 1997 as Product Manager for their scheduling systems. The 2001 rebranding of QSL as Flintfox was his responsibility, and then followed a period managing product commercialisation. He has now returned to a marketing role with Flintfox. |
