Mike Ridgway, Chief Executive Officer

 

Mike Ridgway

Mike has been involved in the IT and Telecommunications industry for over 20 years, early on developing a canny ability to identify winning opportunities and capitalise on them. He has led companies through exponential growth and orchestrated public listings on both the NASDAQ and the TSX. In addition to his “hands on” operational leadership Mike has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, and contract negotiations.
Mike was introduced to the Flintfox opportunity through its previous owner Quality Systems Limited for whom he provided advisory and consulting services. Mike became a major shareholder of Flintfox International in 2008 and the company’s C.E.O. in 2009.

 

 

Paul Coote, Director of Professional Services

 

Paul Coote

Paul started Quality Systems back in 1987, and led development into the area of Trade Promotion soon afterwards. As well as heading up professional services, Paul remains one of the key domain experts at Flintfox, and is an invaluable resource to our own research and development team as well as to our customers by way of Flintfox services.
Prior to starting QSL, Paul was with the IT divisions of the Auckland Regional Authority (now ARC) and UEB Industries (now Carter Holt Harvey Packaging)

 

 

Brian Timberlake, Vice President -Sales

 

Brian Timberlake

Brian has more than fifteen years experience in Consumer Goods Technology. He has held a variety of roles from Senior Consultant to Project Director focusing on Enterprise Software Implementations in the Direct-to-Retail markets. In addition, he has served in Software Leadership roles in Product Management and Strategy, working on solutions in Supply Chain Logistics, Retail Compliance, and Trade Promotions Management.
Brian holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.

 

 

Steve Peppler, Vice President - Professional Services

 

Steve Peppler

Steve has been managing and implementing pricing and trade promotion solutions around the world since the late 1990’s when he led the implementation of a Flintfox solution while in charge of Customer Finance at Quaker Oats (now PepsiCo Canada). Subsequently Steve joined Flintfox in the US performing a number of roles including leading many implementations before moving to New Zealand as the CEO in 2004.

Steve returned to the US in 2006, broadening his horizons by leading a TPM/Revenue Recognition implementation at SanDisk, then developing a leasing/rental operation for Hewlett-Packard resellers. He now heads up Flintfox services for the Americas and EMEA.

 

 

James Lett, Software Services Director


 

James Lett

James is responsible for the development of software, and most things IT related, at Flintfox. He has a strong background in the Microsoft platform and a passion for new technologies. James was a key driver of the architecture, design and development of the current suite of Flintfox’s products.
Prior to joining Flintfox, James was a member of the development division within The Simpl Group and was primarily involved in the software delivery at Auckland District Health Board.
When not working James is often found spending time with family and friends, or out on the water sailing.

 

 

Will Dunlavy, Flintfox Services

 

Will Dunlavy

Based in Utah, Will is responsible for ensuring existing and new North American based customers’ implementations run smoothly. He has wide experience with Grocery, Food Wholesale, Food Service, and Technology in Senior Management and C level positions; with Raley’s, Harris Teeter, Mrs. Fields Cookies, Golden Corral, and Park City Group.
This background allows Will to effectively liaise between Flintfox partners, customers and our service, support and development teams – ensuring Flintfox solutions achieve the highest payback possible for customers.

 

 

Pierre Bonny, Marketing Manager

 

Pierre Bonny

Pierre joined Quality Systems in 1997 as Product Manager for their scheduling systems. The 2001 rebranding of QSL as Flintfox was his responsibility, and then followed a period managing product commercialisation. He has now returned to a marketing role with Flintfox.
Prior to joining Flintfox, Pierre worked in pre-sales and implementation of production planning software solutions, having earlier been involved in management roles for import/export, manufacture and distribution of home appliances.
