Social Activities

Flintfox is a very down to earth environment to work in. We are a smallish team, and have quite a flat management structure, with most all of us taking part in our regular social club outings.

These get-togethers are quite varied, needing to cater for the range of family groupings we have; singles, some with young kids, others older and willing to try anything new (once at least!).

As well as evenings out for a meal, some with visits to Skycity for comedy festival shows or just gambling, more adventuresome social club activities have included black-water rafting at Waitomo, canoeing up harbour to the Riverhead pub…..

…. fishing (and catching plenty) in the Hauraki Gulf….

….and simple North Shore beach picnics at the seaside.
 
 
 
 
 
 

This means we each have the full range of our strengths recognised and valued by everyone else, not just for our job description activities, and allows a very friendly, open and supportive working environment.
